Es steht kein Rücktrittsrecht im Sinne des Konsumentenschutzkodex zu – dennoch räumen wir Ihnen folgende Stornobedingungen ein:

  • Bis 2 Monate vor Anreise wird nur das Angeld zurückbehalten.
  • Ab 2 Monate bis 4 Wochen vor Anreise berechnen wir 50% vom Reisepreis
  • Innerhalb der letzten 4 Wochen vor Anreise beträgt die Stornogebühr 100% des Buchungspreises.
  • Eventuelle Stornogebühren werden mit dem bereits geleisteten Angeld verrechnet.

Es wird ausdrücklich auf die Gesetzesbestimmungen Art. 45-67 des italienischen Konsumentenschutzkodexes GvD 206/2005 verwiesen.

Ein überdachter Parkplatz steht Ihnen bei uns kostenfrei zu Verfügung.

Wir holen unsere Gäste gerne auf Anfrage bei der Ankunft am Bahnhof in Innichen bzw. an der Bushaltestelle im Dorfzentrum ab und bringen sie bei der Abfahrt wieder zurück.

Öffentliche Busse fahren halbstündlich vom Dorfzentrum Richtung Innichen zum Zugbahnhof.

Wir sind zwar sehr tierlieb, aber Haustiere und Hunde sind in unseren Ferienwohnungen leider nicht erlaubt.

Von Mitte Juni bis Mitte Oktober können Sie mit dem “Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass” alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bus und Bahn)
in Südtirol uneingeschränkt nutzen.

Und als Gast bei uns in Sexten können Sie mit der “SextenCard” mit der Linie 440 autofrei das Fischleintal erkunden, sowie zum Kreuzbergpass gelangen.

Umweltbewusst und stressfrei die beliebtesten Ausflugsziele und Startpunkte für Dolomitenwanderungen erreichen – wir laden Sie dazu ein!

Unsere Wohnungen sind Nichtraucherwohnungen.

Da alle Wohn- und Schlafräume mit Holzböden ausgestattet sind, bitten wir Sie, die “Gästepantoffeln” zu benützen. Gerne können Sie auch Ihre warmen Pantoffeln von zu Hause mitnehmen.

So wird der Holzboden geschont und sieht auch für die Gäste nach Ihnen immer noch schön aus.

The Italian consumer protection code does not cover a right of withdrawal. However, we apply the following conditions to cancellation:

  • Up to 2 months before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
  • From 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 50% of the travel price
  • Within the last 4 weeks before your date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking.
  • Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit already paid.

We expressly refer to the legal provisions Articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.

To save costs and protect yourself, we recommend our cancellation protection from Roter Hahn. Click here and take out your holiday insurance yourself.

On your arrival you can enter the apartment from 3.00 pm.

We ask that you vacate the apartment by 9 am on the day of departure.

We are happy to pick up our guests on request on arrival at the train station in San Candido or at the bus stop in the centre of the village and bring them back on departure.

Public buses to the train station run every half hour from the centre of the village towards San Candido.

Although we love animals, dogs and other pets are unfortunately not allowed in our holiday apartments.

From mid-June to mid-October with the “Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass – Mobilcard” you can use all local public transport services (bus and train).
And as a guest here in Sexten, you can explore the Fischleintal Valley and the Kreuzberg Pass car-free with the SextenCard.
The most popular excursion destinations and starting points for hikes in the Dolomites can be reached by public transports in an environmentally friendly and stress-free way. We invite you to do so!

Our apartments are non-smoking apartments.

Since all living and sleeping rooms have wooden floors, we ask you to use the “guest slippers”. You are also welcome to take your snuggly slippers from home with you.

This protects the wooden floor and makes sure it still looks beautiful for the guests coming after you.
